Veggie Quiche

4 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup mix
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 9 inch deep dish pie crust

Combine eggs, milk, cheese, soup mix and spinach in a large bowl. Spoon into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
