Pot Roast

3 1/2 lb pot roast
2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
2 lbs potatoes
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
7 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 T garlic pepper
2 T tyme
1 bay leaf
1 1 /2 c red wine
14 oz can beef broth

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 9 - 10 hours or in oven cook at 275 degrees for 8 to 10 hours.
