Cranberry Sauce

1 lb fresh cranberries
2 c sugar
1 t lime zest
1 t orange zest
1/4 c lime juice
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 c water

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes, until berries pop open. Skim foam off surface and cool to room temperature.
