Pimento Cheese

From My Regional and World Cuisine Class

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 8 Oz Pkg of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
1 JalapeƱo, Seeded and Minced (Optional) 4 Oz Diced Pimento, Drained Salt and Pepper to Taste Directions: Combine all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Serve with club crackers.
